SHIPPING

The shipping time depends on your location. Domestic orders within Great Britain will take  3-5 business days to arrive. International orders & orders outside Great Britain may take 5-10 business days to arrive but could take longer depending on your country. You will be provided with a tracking number via email or text once you place your order and when it has been shipped out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges must be within 7 days of receiving goods and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. CANCELATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

Due to orders being automatically processed shortly after placing your order, we cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. However, please reach out as soon as you notice an issue with your order. info@synartenart.co.uk

If an item is returned due to putting in the incorrect address during checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
